orange oil coming from my butt

When I pass gas or have a bowel movement, there has been reddish orange oil droplets floating on top of the water. I've googled my butt off and read about eating a certain fish that causes this, however, I don't eat Butterfish or any seafood for that matter & I don't have a very greasy diet.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?! I'm due in a few weeks and I'm terrified that when I push I'm also going to be pushing out orange oil from my ass. Sorry if it's TMI but I'm very concerned and rather embarrassed.
