how do I get a breastfeed baby to take a bottle?

My little girl is 3 months old and took a bottle since the day she came home ( I had to go back to the hospital) but a little before she was two months old she stop with formula and a bottle all together. Well last night she took one right after I pumped it but now after I put the breast milk I froze in the same bottle she refused it! I don't know what to do because we're going on two big trips soon. Some one please help she took a sippy cup nipple.

Have someone else give the bottle. This way she knows breast are from mommy, bottles from daddy or whoever will be feeding her. My first 2 went straight from breast to sippy cup. This time with the twins they had one right away since they were in the nicu and had feeding issues.

Como tomo bottles have allowed me to go from breast to bottle and back and forth with no issue

if she used a sippy cup then just use that, no harm in skipping past the bottle attachment phase. It will just make it easier later on. Also u can try different bottles, dr brown, avent, playtex, tommie tippie. just try one of each until u find a good one. 
And if she doesnt want a bottle then just breastfeed.
