I think something might be wrong😭

I'm experiencing waves of cramping. Almost like menstraul cramping but not exactly. It feels almost like gas as well and I'm experiencing heart burn. I'm pretty bloated and I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. Is everything ok?? I'm so scared. I have a doctors appointment today at 10:45.
