perineal massage
So has anyone ACTUALLY tried this perineal massage and it actually help? It sounds like a cool idea. But most of the comments on the article were ppl saying "oh Thad weird" "I can't reach my vagina" "my thumbs hurt" blah blah blah... but had someone actually tried it and it go well? It has anyone been doing it regularly and see real results?
