Temp Spike & Positive OPK same day

Hi all,

I got my positive opk yesterday morning as I woke up and a few moments later got my positive opk.

I had done an opk the night before and it was negative.

This morning my temps were still high, but not as high. I'm wondering if yesterday was a fluke. I came down with a cold yesterday. I'm starting to feel better today...

Could I have ovulated yesterday evening and today's temp was more accurate?

The top 3 OPKs are from Tuesday, morning, mid day and night. The bottom one is from Yesterday morning.
