Fiancé has a tough time reaching climax and we just started TTC

It's a little TMI, but we're TTC and we've been trying since November. I know its not possible this cycle because I just finished a period. But my fiancé has had a hard time climaxing. I'm trying to get him to see a doctor about it but he has no insurance at the moment. We've gotten to the point that he masturbates and before climaxing he gets inside me and continues until he does. It's already gotten us down and not even want to continue trying. We're really hopeful about preseed to hopefully help things along. But we don't know ways to help him climax without having to masturbate :( please help. Thanks in advance!
