i don't even know if complaint or not

At this point I know even know if complaint or not... It's not just the fact that I started believing that I will never get pregnant also I'm getting more a more sick. Thanks to my tyrod I'm close to diabetes, my hormonal levels are not stables. And I'm so tired of keep fighting. I just want to give up, it's pointless still having hope when your body is against you
