Do you think is rude if you go to someones house and they do not offer anything to drink?

Gosh..sometimes i swing by my friend house and i stay for about 3-4 hours because she will keep me there that long talking ect.. But she does not offer me anything to drink or anything to eat, and i find it rude.. When ever she goes to my house or who ever comes to my house thats the FIRST thing i do is offer something to drink or something to eat, especially if they are in my house for 1 or 2 hours..even though they may say no but is just a respectful thing to do.. Idk if i am making it a big deal but it just bothers me how shes like that with EVERY GUEST she has..
