I'd just like to understand better of why my husband and I haven't conceived.. We have been actively trying for a year and a half and nothing. He has had a sperm analysis done and it said he had 12 million normal sperm out of 60 million (my doctor didn't say if that was good or bad) in the past we both have tested positive for Chlamydia which was solved quickly. I also had an abortion about 10 years ago (please no judgement) now that I have found somebody I truly want a family with, I just can't seem to get pregnant. Any help?
