how can I make my hair grow like magic??

I had my hair bleached like 3 times within 2 weeks, and now it like super short. It's keeps breaking ive tired everything. I'm not sure what to do.

Is there something I can take promote hair grow that you ladies know of?

I made the same mistake with bleach and finally got it cut really short, after realising that was the only way it was going to look 'healthy' again. Also didn't bleach anymore. That was 18months ago, now it's past my shoulders.
I stopped using straighteners 6 months ago and noticed that helps a lot with keeping my hair healthy.

Give up the bleached hair and henna it! My hair was also like that at one point and Henna really gave it some goodness and made it soft again. You can buy it online or at a health food store!

My hairdresser said to get regular trims to stop it breaking - sounds counterproductive but if it's always breaking it's not gonna get longer!

Happened to me. My ex MIL fucked up my long blonde hair. She bleached it wrong. I had to get a shoulder length hair cut and I felt like it was never gonna grow. I put no heat at all, it was supper frizzy but I would put it in a little bun with bobby pins. After it started growing a bit more I started braiding my hair for 3-5 months and now it's not 100% healthy since I did dye it blonde again and then brown due to being pregnant and not being able to retouch my roots with bleach. I don't put heat on my hair. Only 1-2 a month. I didn't put no product on my hair but my prenatals did work!

Prenatal vitamins and the Inversion method (YouTube has plenty of how to videos) have helped mine grow pretty quickly

Chop it as short as you can stand and leave it alone, maybe take hair vitamins? I believe maybe a protein leave on conditioner too? 
Been there done that lol currently waiting for my hormones to make it grow! Lol
