So for the past two days when I've gone to use the bathroom and sit down i get this intense tight cramp on my right side of my belly that goes up to my right breast and down my lower back. It hurts so bad that i have to force myself to stop peeing because it'll keep getting worse my baby will also poke out a lot when it happens. Nothing helps either besides laying down and waiting about an hour for it to go away, has anyone experienced this before?
