ttc- healthy foods
Hi ladies, so I posted the other day about how long it took you lovely people to conceive, I've been thinking over these past couple of days since the last post, what if it doesn't happen as I'm low on iron (now taking seven seas trying for a baby pills) and also I don't eat enough fruit or veg and drink plenty of water 🙈 how can I force myself to do this!? Because I work in a office 5 days a week with a supermarket across the road, but I find myself going over there to get crisps, chocolate, chicken bites and fizzy drinks. I can't seem to pull myself away from them and buy healthier things (I don't like many fruit and veg, only a few things) help me out please 😫 me and my boyfriend want a baby more than anything but I can't help thinking it's me that's stopping the conceiving part xxx
