4 moms bath tub?

Question

Anyone have this and what do they think of it? I'm contemplating getting it after the reviews I've read.

My friend used one and passed it on to us to borrow six months later. We both thought it was alright, but not as exciting as we had hoped. She switched to something else for her second baby and I will be doing the same.

I received one at my baby shower and used it for the last 5 months and otherwise loved it. I like the thermometer feature and the ability to run the water continuously without overflowing. I've always had to use a sponge insert to keep her from sliding around as there is no sling or no crotch bump/stop and up until recently it has worked quite well for my daughter. But at 5 months old, she has officially outgrown the tub and is much too long to fit comfortably. She wants to splash her feet in the water and the design of the tub doesn't allow for that as her feet go upward out of the tub. Bummed, I went to Babies R Us and picked up another tub that would work well on our double kitchen sink. I ended up buying the one pictured and LOVE IT. I wish I had purchased this tub from the very beginning!  I still use the sponge insert to keep her comfy and from sliding around and keep the very small drain plug partially open so that I can run the water continuously and keep her nice and warm. I honestly find this tub way better than the 4moms tub and recommend it because it is better designed for newborns (sling included) and it has a longer lifespan as it transitions to infant and even to toddler. Live and learn right?

At first my husband and I both had to help bathe him because he slid around in there. He grew into it around 8 weeks. I like the temperature sensor and being able to let the water out and let fresh water in.

I have it and love it!  Our son loves bathtime and the temperature gauge makes it easier on me as a first time mom.  We bought the babies r us blue turtle sponge to make it less slippery in the beginning.  He still uses the tub and sponge and will be 6 months next week!  Definitely recommend :)

I have one that was given to us at a baby shower.  Its ok... I wouldnt spend my money on it though.  Also its not the easiest to use with small babies.  My son is 13 weeks now and is finally able to fit inside it well without flopping to the side or sliding around

I have it, not really worth the money. I preferred the sunflower in the sink. The tub has no sling to keep baby secure. Other then the temp feature, I don't think it's worth it

I have it and really like it. My LO always pees in the bath so it's nice to be able to empty the water and add more without taking him out.
