Should I go to the doctor?

So my period was supposed to start on the 16th. It's usually about 1 or 2 days late so I was expecting it to be on the 17th or 18th. Fast forward 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten it. I'm super confused. All my tests are negative. Any advice? I'm lost lol
