Can anyone tell me what to expect for the first midwife appointment got mine in a few days....?

She just goes through a book with you asking loads of questions asks for a wee sample does your bloods and books your 12 week scan and next midwife appointment with you

They'll take a urine and blood sample, go through family history, check your weight and blood pressure and discuss the next steps and any questions you might have. It takes about 45 minutes all together.
