BM while cramping. 💩💩💩💩

While I am on my period, sometimes my cramps can be so intense that I cannot pass a bowel movement. It feels like all of my muscles are so tight and locked. So much pain. I have to wait until my uterus calms down before I can even go. Anyone else have this issue?
