Is this normal?

I woke up and got my period early than expected but I also threw up abit and had diarrhea, I've never experienced this before! Is this normal?

Answer

Diarreah with a period is normal. And it's normal to start earlier than expected. Throwing up can be apart of pms as well, but it's something to watch and maybe get checked out. You could be getting the flu, or food poisoning as well. I'd just keep an eye out.
