do I need fertility help?

Ok so I have 2 kids.  Both high risk pregnancies.  One premie and the other late.  Both with complications and I hemmeraged.  I was told I couldn't have children but had 2.  Since then I have had 2 miscarriages.  I'm 35 now and trying to conceive again.  Not sure if I should look into getting help. Do I need fertility help?

I would just to be certain. Although it's hard you're the one living now (not future babies) and your health is important. You have two little ones to take care of. I'd go to be certain it was safe

My dr said if 35 and up, if not pregnant after trying for 6 mos, then fertility clinic referral. Before 35 it's 1 year of trying first.
