Shifting milk amounts
I'm constantly getting different amounts when I pump and it worries me. Am I having supply issues or not? I'm constantly torn to and fro. He eats and is satisfied but when I pump I get such little amounts it's worrisome. I just recently switched flange size and am way more comfortable but I only have one and it's been one day. Wish I didn't feel like I have to stress about this so much and could finally enjoy the journey. It took 2.5 months to finally not be in pain now I'm constantly stressed about supply. 😬
I barely get much first pump of the day which if I work is anywhere from 3am-6am 10-25 ml per boob sometimes both together. Then I pump at work and I get the most in the day, today almost 2 oz on one side and a little over 1 on the other. Then it tapers down to barely anything from there when I pump at night to 10-25ml. I know I have a capacity of at least 3oz bc I've gotten that amount when accidentally waiting way too long the first time he slept thru the night so why do I get such little amount sall day, it's severely defeating
