Anyone else get dizzy/ lightheaded or just really fatigued during your period?

Omg yes . I get chills sometimes palpitations (I'm anemic ) hot flashes .. crazy but just take vitamins or drink hella water before your period and you'll feel better .. period will actually be kinda lighter

Yes all the time before and after, sometimes with a bad headache 😥 ice pack on your head helps and try to lay down and close your eyes.
