What do they feel like?

Like a muscle contracting. Your belly gets really hard feeling, not necessarily by touch but from the inside. Feels like a giant blood pressure cuff being tightened around your belly slowly, held then slowly released again. Sometimes it creeps up from my pelvis to my chest and makes it a bit harder to breathe. Mine have never hurt but can be uncomfortable.

Best way I can discribe is the squeeze like when they take your blood pressure. It's uncomfortable but not painful. 
Your whole belly will ball up and tighten.
