Herbal Teas?

Does anybody know of any herbal teas or things of that nature that help relieve menstrual cramps/flow?

I drink a lot of tea (chai). Spices help me with cramps.

In general warmth helps me. So any tea. Even my car's back warmer.

They have this tea called yogi or sum like that and it's called women's moon cycle it works very good. They sell it at Walmart and whole foods

I like lemon zinger tea. Green tea should also help with the cramps.

Raspberry Leaf tea helps too by supporting the uterus and has been used for ages to relieve menstrual cramps. I hear peppermint does as well. Good luck!

Raspberry leaf tea, now just raspberry, the leaves are supposedly good at strengthening and calming the uterus

I recently got this one, it’s a mild blend and enjoyable!! It’s called “traditional medicinals Healthy Cycle” available at target, hyvee, Amazon, , and Whole Foods. Walmart carries the brand, but I have not seen this one in any stores yet.
