What to take for sinus while pregnant?

I'm 25 weeks and my sinuses have started to go crazy the past few days..what have some of you been told is doctor approved to take for them while pregnant? I can't afford to get actually sick while pregnant..I know I need to talk to my doctor as well, but I thought I'd ask for some ideas too. A cousin of mine said her doctor told her any Tylenol product would be OK when she was pregnant, but I wanted to see what others have been told also.

Here's the list from my doctor. They recommend the regular sudafed that you ask the pharmacist for or Benadryl. If you go with another one make sure to ask the pharmacist before buying it. He told me a lot of these specific Tylenol ones that are on my list aren't made anymore. You have to be picky with the wording lol.

My sinuses go crazy now and then too- I got a neti pot and I love it! It cleans out what ever is irritating my sinuses and soothes them! Check out some YouTube videos:)

If you go to the doctor they can give a z pack that's safe for pregnancy
