Feeling out if sorts

I'm 37+2 I know ive lost my plug, ive been having the runs for lack of nastier word for me, extreme pressure no matter what I'm doing laying sitting standing what have you, today I started to feel like I have a tampon up my hoohah thats trying to make its way out, I didn't go into labor with my first it was induced, so I have no idea what to expect. Did this happen to anyone else? If so how soon after did you go into labor
