Ovulatuon questions with pcos

Okay ladies I took a opk on Tuesday and has sexual intercourse on Wed. Thur. I took another an it said I wasn't, I think I timed just right. I have now had this weird cramp amd pressure like off an on on my right ovary. Did anyone with pcos have that and was pregnant?? It has been a year and half of ttc baby #1
