Post C-Section Pregnancy

I just had my son via C-section on 8/18/16 and is just a little over4 months old now... I just found out I'm pregnant again... my husband and I weren't really trying but it happened. I'm concerned about the short time my internal body had to heal, anyone have a similar situation? I just don't want anything bad to happen.
