Short Abbreviations Help

I don't want to sound stupid but I'm reading a few things and getting slightly confused. Could someone please help me?

I know TTC is trying to conceive, SO - Significant Other

But what is DPO, AF and I've seen a few more I just feel so silly reading something I don't understand. Xx
