Food poisoning?!

Ok y'all I'm a bit confused & Dr Google isn't helping! So my husband & I ate Pizza Hut last night, later that night/ early morning around 1 am my stomach began to hurt really bad so I got up & went to the bathroom. I thought I would throw up & poop at the same time. My poop was normal, barely any but I began to violently throw up & then I felt better....my husband hasn't been sick at all....could it just be food poisoning or morning sickness? I haven't had a period this month but I've had that happened before but no baby sooooo I just want to know does a stomach ache normally come with morning sickness? I think maybe it's just food poisoning HELP ME 🙄🙄
