When do babies usually start smiling for real? Not in their sleep. Like actually reacting to you by smiling? FTM

According to my doctor, most babies have their first real 'social smile ' between 4 and 8 weeks old.

My little one smiled for the first time at 4 weeks and laughed at 6.5 weeks, although she's only laughed on about 3 occasions so far (nearly 8 weeks now). I get the biggest smiles when I'm changing her nappy, she finds it hilarious!
