Does this look the slightest positive? I've had all the symtoms and spotted and 2 months of spotting. Severe nausea and vomiting and diarrhea now swollen stomach! Help please

Try a pink dye test with first morning urine.  If that's not a firm positive you should call your doctor for blood.  It could also be something else like a cyst.

You need to see a doctor. You may have ovarian cysts causing the bloating.
