I feel so awkward about this (about 🍼)

My husband was playing with my breasts because we're trying to get this show on the road (neither of us want me puking anymore and we're hoping having the baby out will do that. I'm less than 10 days from my EDD and we aren't doing anything dangerous and I'm not taking anything to push it- just the "natural stuff").
Anyway.
So he was playing with them for not even 30 seconds AND MILK CAME OUT???? Is that a sign of labor?? Also is that bad? Is it supposed to happen? Is my FTM showing?? I'm obviously freaking out lol
