not feeling pregnant at all 😩

So I'm 18 weeks and 3 days  with my second baby and it just very overwhelming because I'm not showing I don't feel the baby and with my first pregnancy I was already showing and I could feel my baby boy move all the time. I just worry a lot because me and my husband have lost one baby but I couldn't feel that baby because I was only 8 weeks but with me not showing or feeling anything this time around I'm just always stressed out something might be wrong with the baby! 😩😩 I just hope everything is okay with my lil bean
