I'm at a crossroads. My sister has gone off the deep end and desperately needs in patient rehab. I live in another country now so it's hard for me to figure out what to do. She has no insurance and she has a shitty bf who has started to physically abuse her. It breaks my heart to hear all of this from my family because I know that is not who she is. What can I do to help her before it's too late?
