Post baby weightloss


I'm planning on 100% breast feeding my baby due at the end of the month I also have a 3 year old and 11 month old. Any tips on how to loose about 65 lbs by May and it not be all saggy and gross.

°my first struggle is I'm now a single mom.

°secondly I work 48 hrs a week

° I don't want to loose time with my kids.

√ I do have a treadmill and a couple weights differing from 5 lbs to 20 lbs

Any help would be nice I'm currently 224 and I want to be 160 by 24 th birthday.
