Here I am...another panicked woman pregnant with her rainbow baby. I am nervous because I am 4 weeks 6 days and have no symptoms aside from intermittent cramping (which makes me think I'm going to see blood when I wipe) and some mild acne. Some backaches if I'm in heels for a while. No sore boobs, no nausea. I mean I feel ready for bed at 8pm but I'm not exhausted throughout the day. Anyone else not really having symptoms?  Went for a scan Thursday and saw nothing. Then went back yesterday (Sat) and saw the gestational sac (nothing inside yet).
