10 days late!!! help

I'm 10 days late for my period I tested when I was 9 days late but it came back negative. My boobs been sore when I touch them. I also been getting cramps but it comes and gos. Can I be pregnant even though the test keeps showing negative? Should i get a blood test? I know y'all can't tell me if I'm pregnant but did anyone experience this and was pregnant? Please comment....
