ovulation symptoms

So I took my clear blue ovulation predictor test this am when I got home from work. I've had high fertility reading since Wednesday and today was my first peak fertility reading!! Yay! I've had lower abdominal cramping mainly right but left and some back spasms (idk if that's part of mittleschmertz or because I'm a Nightshift RN) and this am right after my reading came out peak meaning I'm ovulating today I got severely nauseous and puked I felt better after I did. Now being an RN I know a lot but I actually know too many things. Is this normal for anyone else? I know progesterone can cause vomiting but the stomach flu has run rampant as well at my hometown and hospital!!! Help!
