The first one is positive for sure but should I consider the second one positive as well for logging purposes?

The top one yes, definitely. The bottom one looks invalid. Did you use more urbane with the bottom too? It also looks flooded which could cause it to turn invalid. Try a digital tomorrow with dirt morning urine. Good luck.
