Before I got pregnant he use to smoke in the house but I stopped that real quick an just told him to smoke in the bathroom or outside I don't want to be a Indian giver an tell him to stop but I'm pregnant and I can't stand the smell as it is, we did have a short little talk about it but he still smokes in the bathroom. It's getting too close to my due date an he said he would stop when the baby is here but I don't see any sign of him slowing down I'm due on feb 11th. Maybe if I didn't have to go to the bathroom ever 30 minutes I wouldn't care cause the smell would be gone by then but it's like he has to go an smoke at the same time an we only have one bathroom and I'll be damned if my baby has to smell it too. I'm about to break an tell him he needs to just smoke outside I don't smoke an I don't mind that he smokes I just don't want him to do it in the house at all anymore an it's not even a house it's a studio apartments, how can I tell him nicely without turning it into a big deal or fight?

UPDATED: we have made an agreement I told him I can't handle the smoking anymore. An he said he is only going to smoke when he has to poop ik that's tmi but I can deal with that cause he doesn't poop a lot so that's good enough for me if he has to pee he will wait to smoke an go outside as for the stop smoking in all he said he is trying but it's hard to break I don't see how people are addicted to it cause I use to smoke an saw no need in it but if he is trying then I should be happy with that an I have seen him cut down on it
