harmed baby with Doppler?
I'm 10 weeks and I got a Doppler yesterday and in my eagerness used it for about 30 mins. I think I was pressing way too hard as my stomach actually hurts to touch today 😭 have I hurt baby?? I'll be so gutted and never forgive myself.
