not feeling 'pregnant'

Does anyone else feel this way? I'm 9 weeks 2 days. My breasts are sore and I'm constantly hungry which makes me feel sick but other than that I have no symptoms. I'm very petite and have put absolutely no weight on yet! I won't have my scan until 12 weeks which is on the 21st! Wish I had some re-assurance that everything is okay. They don't do blood tests in the UK, just take your word for it from your home test!
