My first pregnancy I had it really bad and the baby was a girl... my second I didn't get it and the baby was a boy.... so I swore it had to do with baby gender... but I'm pregnant now with my baby girl and my face and body was clear... a blemish here and there but nothing like it was. I use to scrub and scrub with facial soaps, anything to clear it. The only thing I can think of now with this baby is that I am drinking a ton of water everyday.  I don't know if that will help you, but drinking a lot of water is healthy anyway so it won't hurt. I also was very puffy and swollen with the first two and with this one I'm not at all
