How bad are IUD period cramps supposed to be???

My period cramps feel like I'm getting my IUD/abortion procedure all over again and it's so bad that I've begun crying from the pain. I've never had very bad cramps to begin with but this is nearly unbearable. So tell me exactly how terrible are these cramps supposed to be because I'm starting to become worried.

Mine lasted about 6-7 months and they were so bad I would almost pass out and I have a high pain tolerance. I haven't had them like that for 2 months now. I have skyla.

I have the paragard for a year and it's unbearable pain. Still cry, can't move sometimes, and throw up. Pain medication dont even work for me anymore and I have extreme heavy flow. But It's the only birthcontrol that works with me better than all the other ones.

Omg I have the paragard iud ( copper iud ) i had it inserted on September 30th . I usually tend to get severe cramps to the point where I want to bundle up & cry in bed all night . The copper iud is also the iud that has severe cramps compared to the rest of the iuds. I was told that the cramps should lighten within 4 months & should be easier to handle :3
