12dpo super squinter

I'm 12 dpo today and got a squinter this am on an IC but only looked 30 mins after I peed on it cause I was so sure I was out. Did a 4hour hold and got this on a FRER. What do you think? I am also spotting brown with a small amount of red for the last 3 days which is normal for me pre AF anyway. I don't want to get my hopes up too much with the spotting and such faint lines for 12 dpo!
