Missing nicotine rant

I quit smoking as soon as I got the bfp.

I was NOT happy about quitting as I'm in the navy and just got off a pretty stressful deployment. Smoking was keeping me from losing my shit on stupid people and jumping overboard. 😡😡😡

Well now I'm 7w1d cig free and damn it sucks. I dream about smoking all the time 🚬 😫 I smell it on the flight deck and the craving hits so hard.

So quitting smoking coupled with the surprise (semi unwanted due to horrid timing) pregnancy, it's making me REALLY irritable. How do I keep the level of bitch down when I can't even chew nicorette? Ugh, the things I do for the life I carry. 😭 it's worth it but damn it's hard.
