39+5 weeks pregnant and my BP

Hey I'm 39+5 weeks pregnant and my hubby just checked my blood pressure (he's a CNA) and it came out 120/78 which is super high for me. I haven't felt good all day super achy and having a lot of cramps and I haven't had a BM in 3 days. Could I have pre eclampsia?? Should I go in?
