Induction???

Question

Anyone been induced? How long after induction did labor start for you and how long till your baby  was born. Setting up induction date on weds  and as a first time mom I have questions and worries

It all depends on your body and how it will react to the medication. I was induced with my last two, first one I labored for almost two days before I had him and my last one it was 11 hours.

It depends on you and whether or not they get it right the first time. My induction with my son was a nightmare, but not all inductions are. I'm really hoping that your induction goes smoothly and without a hitch!! Good luck mama!

I was four cm dilated already when I went in for my induction. I guess I was in the early stages of labor for two days prior. I hardly even noticed. But after they started my pitocin my doctor came in, examined me, and asked if I wanted the epidural. I said yes, and I had my son about 9 hours later.

My mom went in at 430pm and I was born by 1230am. Was a very easy birth for her

I was... labour started about 30 mins after they gave me meds and baby was Born 12hours later. First baby at the time 😊
