We tried to have sex tonight for the first time since the baby. (The doctor cleared me last week.) Foreplay felt good but penetration hurt too much and we stopped. I'm not sure if It means I need more time to heal or to relax more (maybe tensing because I'm scared it'll hurt?) or if it's just pain I need to get through the first time?

Part of me's having flashbacks to losing my virginity (ages ago). The only positive is that myself husband's just as patient and supportive now as he was then...*sigh*
