Best way to get over a breakup ??

Hey I need suggestions on how to get over a breakup when I leave the house and the best way to get over a breakup when stuck inside ? Please help❤

You really just gotta take it one day at a time. If I try think of my future or even a week ahead it gives me anxiety which then leads to a spike in my depression so until I feel better I'm just going on one day at a time

I'm struggling with this now. So far, I find hobbies to be extremely helpful. Find something to take your mind off things. Let people into your life. Do something different.

A lot of girl time! Invite friends over, watch movies, bake, play board games. Stuff like that. It helps a lot. Try talking about it with someone you trust and let it all out. I never felt comfortable talking about those things with any of my friends though so what I did was just write everything I was feeling. I recently found everything I wrote and it's sad that I was so heartbroken back then but I'm much happier now and I understand why things happened the way they did.
