Vulva sore! NEED ADVICE.

So my boyfriend and I just got done with foreplay and he came on my belly. I get up to clean up and notice I'm scratching the right side of my vulva. Asked the boy to check it out cause now it hurts. Grabbed a mirror, and saw red/purple color and a little swollen. I've had a yeast infection once before that left me swollen with sore bumps... but this definitely is not that. If this has happened anybody else, please just give me a lil info. I will be making gyn appt soon. And just to clarify, it can't be any sexually transmitted diseases... I've been with my loyal partner for 7 years.
